Thank you for shopping with SqueCle. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works.


Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs processing, high shipping volumes, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable shipping partners which may include:

  • Other regional delivery providers

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and order size.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

SqueCle is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

If your package appears to be delayed:

  1. Please check the tracking information provided.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.

  3. If you need assistance, our support team will be happy to help.

SqueCle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, or other factors outside of our control.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with resolution, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the claim and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.


Missing Packages / Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, SqueCle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the shipping carrier

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable


Shipping Restrictions

Certain regions or countries may have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.
